The firm’s core-plus strategies seek to provide investors with the opportunity to generate stable cash flow and take advantage of operational upside with minimal capital expenditures.

  • EOS focuses on well-located but often mismanaged apartment communities at discounts to replacement costs that exhibit significant value-add potential. Greystar value-add vehicles invest in markets with strong fundamentals where employment growth drives household formation and high barriers-to-entry limit supply. These strategies seek to provide investors with the opportunity to participate in significant value creation through strategic capital improvements and operational upside.

  • EOS develop-to-core strategy is centered on developing institutional-quality rental housing products and holding through stabilization. The strategy aims to capitalize on strong fundamentals and seeks to provide outsized returns and attractive yields otherwise not available in gateway markets or urban growth markets.

  • The EOS credit strategy aims to acquire subordinated and securitized debt issued by US Government-sponsored entities to positively leverage our extensive operating expertise and scale to invest in the most subordinate level of the capital structure.
